- Why do you need my email?
You will be sent a digital receipt after your purchase and I may use your e-mail address to give you updates on your order.
- Can you see all of my details?
I will only be able to see your name, address, e-mail address and any comment you may wish to attach to your order.
- How does the payment work?
Payments on a card are made through
Stripe which is integrated by Big Cartel. If you are using an Apple product, you may use Apple Pay, which Stripe also handles. The store is also now accepting PayPal!
- How long will my order take to get here?
Since Stripe payments can take up to a week to reach me, this can vary. You can use my contact page to ask for an estimate or send me a direct message on
Instagram. The average time in the UK for clothing is around a week and 2 days for stickers and prints.
- Do you ship to my country?
I can ship to any country, worldwide. See shipping prices for more info.
- Why will my print/stickers arrive separately to my other items?
This is because the service I use to create my T-shirts and tote bags sends my customers their item/s directly from their factory, however I have my own stock of prints and stickers that I send off myself.
